Have a PayPal account, what do I do?

When 'Checking Out' choose the PayPal option. You then simply log in as usual with your PayPal details, complete the transaction and your order will be placed.
 
I do not have a PayPal account, and i want to pay by Credit/Debit card, what do I do?
 
When 'Checking Out' choose the Debit or Credit Card option. You then simply enter your card details to complete the transaction and for your order to be placed.


Orders

We strive to pick every order as soon as possible, however we operate a standard picking time of 1 working day. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday the same day although it may take 24 hours.

Collection

Collection's are available from 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday, Customers must allow a minimum of 1 hour processing time (however orders may be processed quicker) before coming into store to collect. Customers will be notified by email when orders are ready for collection.

Stock Availability

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is extremely accurate, occasionally items may be out of stock. Should an item be out of stock, simply register your email address and you will be notified when it is back in stock.

Colours

As we have no control over our customers monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website.
 

Terms and Conditions

 
  1. At checkout, only one discount code can be entered at any one time.
  2. Discount code offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Where a discount code offers a percentage or amount off, the discount applies to the current listed price. Where there is no listed price, the discount will apply to the original RRP price displayed at the bottom of the product description.
  4. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation number has been confirmed; nor can a discount code be applied to an invalid order.
  5. Mersey Spares has no obligation to advise a customer of an incomplete, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant entry.
  6. Mersey Spares reserves the right to remove discount code offers if they are subject to misuse.
