Free Economy Delivery (Mainland UK Only) Approx. 3-6 working days after the date your order is dispatched. Delivery to dropshops / collection points is not included in free delivery,

Standard Delivery (UK Only) Approx. 2-3 working days after the date your order is dispatched.

Express Delivery (UK Only) Approx. 1-2 working days after the date your order is dispatched.

The above options are not guaranteed delivery times and are based on the timeframe from the courier having collected the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping address being correctly and accurately provided is the sole responsibility of the buyer, ensure you double check this before checking out as we do not cover wrong addresses being provided on the checkout screen. We are unable to re route or change any wrongful address that has been provided after dispatch. We take no responsibility nor offer no refund of shipping for any delay or problem that has been caused through these instances.

International Delivery (DDU)

Please note: For international customers, customs charges are not collected by our company and are always due on receipt to your respective authority in your respective country. A local telephone number and valid and working email address must be provided to us on checkout, failure to do this could result in delays with your shipment. Shipments returned to us for failure to provide valid phone number and email address will result in shipping fee being removed from refund. Shipments returned to us for for the customers failure to collect your item from the courier due to a failed delivery attempt and are thus returned for failed delivery will result in shipping fee being removed from refund.

IMPORTANT - Recipient DDU Information

All customs, duties and fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel has arrived in the destination country.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) indicates that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs authorities may hold parcels until these charges are settled. Failure to pay when prompted by email may result in delays, returns, or destruction of the parcel.

If an order is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping fee.

Parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient’s closest Parcel shop. For orders to these countries the consignment can be tracked (upon the parcel/s arriving at the local Parcel Office), via www.postnord.dk (for Danish deliveries), www.postnord.se (for Swedish deliveries) www.postnord.fi (for Finnish deliveries) or www.postnord.no (for Norwegian deliveries) using the Parcel ID number located under the barcode on the label (e.g. 91122334455SE). Please be advised that the consignment/s can only be held at the Parcel Office for a limited amount of time (usually 5 or 10 working days), before being returned to sender.
